Accounts Administrator£13.50 per hourEastbourne, office basedOur client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their family run business. This role is to start immediately and is a temporary-permanent position.The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Finance team. The position is full time 37.5 hours per week, however candidates with suitable skills who are seeking part time hours are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities To assist the Group Finance Manager in the day to day operations of the Accounts and Personnel DepartmentsAssist with the day-to-day provision of the finance functionPreparation of debtor invoicesPreparation and posting of Cashbooks into computerised accounts systemMonthly reconciliation of bank accountsInput of income and expenditure into computerised accounting systemProcess supplier payments as instructedRegular preparation of petty cash accountsPreparation and processing of Expenses ClaimReconciling and processing Credit Card StatementsCredit control dutiesReconcile and Prepare BankingPrepare and send postUpdate and populate various spreadsheets and other reports as necessaryTo assist as required with the preparation and administration of weekly salesAssist in the reconciliation of each sale and produce reports as necessaryReview HPI and obtain outstanding clearancesDeal with vehicle vendors and purchasers as necessaryProduce and send reports as necessaryPrepare invoices as necessaryProcess payments as necessaryAdministrative supportAnswer telephone enquires and liaise with relevant staffMaintain the filing system for the finance departmentWord-process documents and correspondence and operate computer software and other technology, as appropriateIf you have the skills and experience for this position, please 'APPLY' today.
