Fully qualified, Time Served Joiner required to carry out works on a maintenance contracts within the social housing sector. The works are mainly based in Oldham . Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must have good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants and supervisor.
A good all round knowledge of domestic joinery repairs is essential. Experience in kitchen, bathroom and level access shower installations would be advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate must hold a full driving licence. They must have proof of full accreditation with a governing body (SVQ, City and Guilds etc.)
