**Transport Manager Required** to join a well-established transport and logistics firm based at their head office in Heckmondwike.
In this role you will be part of a small team managing the construction haulage and logistics sector. Overseeing and managing the planning of 33 vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent transport management experience as well as the ability to run a fully functioning pallet network operation. You will also be responsible for overseeing the complete distribution of goods process, driver management, compliance and have a strong understanding of transport legislation.
Transport Manager Position Requirements
- International Transport Managers CPC
- Route planning and strong understanding of driver's hours
- Commercial experience
- Excellent driver management skills
- Proficient in TMS systems such as Vigo, Aquarius, TachoMaster, FleetCheck and Matrix Telematics
