Tradewind St Albans are recruiting for a Classics teacher for a Good, Hemel Hempstead based school. Required to teach through Key stages 3 and 4 the school are ideally looking to appoint an experienced teacher or ECT looking to start their NQT years from September 2023. Teaching from a bespoke and well structured curriculum that is designed to introduce pupils to the subject from Key stage 3 and spark an interest across the Classics.

Requirements - Classics teacher post:

*** Experience of teaching across the classics subjects - English, History / Ancient History - Latin & Sociology is an advantage but not essential *** Have a classroom prescience and energy to inspire learning *** Conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner at all times*** Be available to interview prior to the Christmas break - ideally during November
