The role will be based at our office with travel to customer sites, the first six months will be really understanding what we’re about, you’ll be tasked with working with a portfolio of customers to get them all up to a certain level of products, going through their policies and ensuring they are where they need to be.

After that the role will be varied with a range of tasks including sharing the helpdesk support or job tickets alongside any project work. As cliché as it sounds- No two days are the same.
