As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist in the creation and execution of diverse and high-quality dishes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Head Chef., working alongside a passionate team and learning from experienced chefs.

What are we looking for in our ideal Junior Sous Chef.
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Be able to provide support to the senior kitchen staff, stepping in to lead in their absence and contributing to the development and motivation of the culinary team
