KiddyKare are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join a well-established setting based within Henley. The quaint nursery is searching for the ideal candidate to fill their Toddler Room Leader position. Supported with its incredible outside environment and its own private parking, this setting provides a home from home feel for the children, carers, and staff.

This is fulltime position is comprised of 40 hours per week. The generous salary of up to £25,500 is supported by a plentiful joining bonus of £2,500 - subject to passing probation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant childcare qualification - Level 3 or above
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Passion to deliver and inspire outstanding childcare
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
  • Experience working within a nursery and supporting a team

The roles and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the manager and deputy manager on the daily running of the setting
  • Inspiring, supporting and guiding the team to provide outstanding childcare
  • Maintaining a key group of children, meeting their needs and targets
  • Building strong relationships with children, carers, and staff
  • Ensuring the smooth daily running of the room
