Our client in Henley on Thames is looking for a Temporary Legal Receptionist聽to provide a first class service to all persons visiting the company, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.
Candidate Responsibilities:
路Meet with employees and provide outstanding customer service to all employees and visitors of the office
路Assist employees in a friendly, professional, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
路Prepare meeting room and event set ups including organising food and refreshments as per the clients requirements
路Answering calls from the main switchboard and transferring them to the relevant department
路To monitor the front of house email inbox, ensuring all messages are responded to promptly and efficiently
路To support colleagues/team to achieve the best results for clients
路To record operational statistics and to report daily activity
路Responsible for complying with health and safety and site operational procedures
路Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Leadership and Management team
Candidate Requirements:
路Previous experience in concierge/ reception/ front of house/ hospitality roles is desired
路Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate level
