Individual Restaurants have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team based in our new Piccolino Grande, Henley on Thames

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant and ensuring world class guest experiences.

What are we looking for in our ideal Restaurant Manager.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and budgeting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional world class guest experience.
