Domestic Electrician required to work with leading midlands-based Housing Association on a permanent contract covering Worcester/Malvern/Ledbury/Hereford locations on social housing properties.
My client is looking for an experienced and professional domestic electrician to carry out day to day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installations and compliance work including EICR's electrical testing and inspecting on empty void or reactive repairs on tenated domestic social housing properties.
Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
- To execute works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.
- Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.
- Participate as an electrician in the delivery of an effective out of hours' emergency repair service on a rota system
- Ensure all KPI's are met including productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept. This list is not exhaustive.
Salary Pay Range: Up to 40,420 based on 38,520 per annum with average OTE earnings of up to 1,900 from out of hours on call and voluntary overtime.

Requirements:
- Hold a level 3 Electrical qualification, with 18th edition updates and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience
- Must be willing to do out of hours call out rota.
- A van and basic power tool allocation will be provided, you will provide your own hand tools
- Must have a full UK manual driving licence
Must be based in the UK within the Worcester/Hereford/Malvern region, please don't not apply if you are based outside of the UK or do not have UK electrical qualifications
