Vertu Motors Hereford TPS (Volkswagen Group Trade Parts Sales) are currently recruiting a Telesales Executive to join our Parts team!

We are offering a £28,225 Basic Salary with a £31,225 OTE plus a range of company benefits!

We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support.

About the Role:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
• Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set I
• Identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures
• Achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts.

About You:

You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. It is preferred, but not essential that you have previous experience in motor retail parts.
