HR Advisor
Location:Hereford - on site
Salary:£35,000 plus benefits
9 - 12 Month contract

The role:
- Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
- Advise on issues such as conduct, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries.
- Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR policy and practice
- Manage a high number of cases and will be very used to working in a fast environment providing accurate, risk-based advice.
- Work closely with line managers to help them become more confident, advise all things HR including employment legislation.
Your background:
- You will have worked in a large business supporting large employee numbers,
- You’ll have a passion for ER and love the nitty gritty!
- You’ll also love the generalist side oh HR as well as love working in fast pacey environments.
