We are currently working with an award-winning Tech company based in Hertford area who are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join there fast-growing team.
Our client has a passion for improving the software test processes and their mission is to accelerate IT delivery while improving quality. They serve world-renowned retailers, acquirers, point-of-sale providers, and other major enterprises leading the technology landscape with robotics


Operational Tasks
Timesheet checking and management
Trip and event support
Bookkeeping support
Office organisation: to ensure sufficient stock levels at all times, sufficient amounts of tools at all times.
To be the go-to person for office administrative tasks
Liaise with on-site engineers what stock and tools need to be procured
Ensure/Predict how much stock will be needed
Keep on track of deliveries
