Warehouse Stock Controller urgently needed for a global manufacturer of machined parts for the automotive and agricultural sectors based in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent career opportunity working on a day shift 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £26,000 plus paid overtime and a host of excellent employee benefits including 25 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, end-of-year performance bonus plus excellent social events.

We are looking to attract an experienced warehouse stock controller who has at least 2-3 years previous, relevant experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the picking and distributing of manufactured parts, ensuring that global customer delivery schedules are managed effectively and efficiently. Working with bar codes, specific customer requests and shipping documentation, ensuring that mandated customs and export reporting is completed in line with regulation and compliance.

As Warehouse Stock Controller you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills when working alongside manufacturing, sales and purchasing teams, raising concerns and noncompliance issues if required. There is a need to update bespoke stock control systems, check stock levels, obtaining correct customer addresses, therefore knowledge of database systems, excel, outlook and word are required.
