We are looking for a customer focussed individual with excellent communication and administrative skills for a well-established organisation based in Hertfordshire.The role will focus on supporting the member centre community and co-ordinating all activities with the purpose of retaining existing Centres and members through the delivery of a high standard of customer care.  The role requires the ability to multi-task, ensuring all activities, processing and turn-around times are met whilst delivering first rate customer service.Duties will include:

  • First line centre customer care activities through phone, email, social media and web
  • New candidate registration and data validation
  • Maintenance of centre data quality and integrity
  • Certification processing
  • Processing and distribution of Centres Hub forms
  • Coordinate effective running of accredited assessor workshops and process all relevant documents
  • Process Accredited approvals in line with procedures
  • Provide administrative support to all teams across the department including support for careers related activity
  • Suggest enhancements to the service provision to add value for members & centres and maximise member/centre interest in additional products and services
  • Support the Centre Services Manager in the delivery of project and departmental objectives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrable level of performing a high standard of customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail with data and copy, proof reading skills
  • Good organisational, written and verbal skills
  • A good knowledge of office practices, administration, marketing and customer service skills and techniques
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • I.T. literate (MS Office and social media tools)
