Established Hertford based organization have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to provide HR advisory support to Line Managers, lead the accounts team to provide financial information to the business and be responsible for the overall Health and Safety.

This is a fully office-based position, based in Hertford.

Administration Manager - Job Overview

  • HR experience and knowledge of employment law to be able to support Line Managers in an advisory capacity
  • Experience leading accounts teams and reporting financial information
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Administration Manager - Benefits Offered

  • c. £35,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible working with core hours 9.30am - 3.00pm)
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service
