Enquiries Clerk

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting an Enquiries Clerkon behalf of an established civil engineering and build main contractor based in a regional office near Hull.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Processing information to send out to subcontractors and suppliers for pricing at tender stage

• Chasing up the quotes

• Print drawings and documents

• Weekly monitoring of vehicle trackers

Experience required:

• Good communication skills both written and verbal

• Experience in working in a busy estimating department or similar environment

• Work to strict timescales

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Remuneration:

A salary of around 25/26,000 (dependent upon experience)
