Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor/ Estimator
Salary: £38k
Area: Rochdale
Ascend Talent is seeking a VDA to join an accident repair centre based in Greater Manchester. As a VDA you will be responsible for all damage assessment, negotiation & customer liaison aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.
Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for;
- profitability through sales.
- Maximising customer awareness of all available services.
- Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
- Develop relationships with exisiting manufacturers and insurance approvals.
- Negotiate the greatest rates for the repairs required, whilst sticking to the manufacturers standards.
Experience/ Skill:
- Background of VDA role
- Use of Audatex
- Sales & Negotiation Techniques
- Customer Service experience
Package:
- Salary is £35k-£38k
- Manufacturer training provided where required
- 40 hour week
- Pension Scheme
