A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Team Coordinator to join our client based close to High Wycombe. This is a fantastic hybrid role. Reporting to the Head of Department the role involves supporting the maintenance and operation of company standards and providing operational assistance to the professional standards team. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with external contractors, coordinating quality assurance processes, and diary management.

Our client are based in stunning offices close to High Wycombe. You will work 1 day per week in the office and the remaining 4 days will be based working from home. The salary on offer for this Team Coordinator role is up to 25,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

Experience required for the Team Coordinator:

  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Organising meetings and recording notes
  • Experience in regulated qualifications environments
  • Working with dispersed teams
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Skills required for the Team Coordinator:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Competent with the Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinking, resilience, and planning expertise
