Our client, a well-respected Multi-franchised Dealer Group, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their established team in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated and structured sales environment.

The Role

To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.

You will:

Have an outstanding record of sales achievementBe able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysisBe able to work within a defined sales process environmentHave good administration skillsHave an understanding of database managementYou must be self-motivated and results orientated, possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment, with a 'no compromise’ approach to customer satisfaction.

You will be currently working as a Car Sales Executive, but be hungry to achieve more in both staus and earning potential.
