Hazlemere Group have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join the team.
Location: High Wycombe (working from Welwyn Garden City and Ickenham as necessary)
Salary: £23,800 per annum (rising to £25,000 per annum after probation) plus target bonus scheme
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Trainee Sales Consultant - The Role:
Hours for this role will be 9am to 5pm for the first 3 months during probation and 8:30am to 5pm after the probation period.
This role will be Monday to Friday, including a 30 minute lunch break each day.
One Saturday per month will also be required to work on a rota basis once probation has been completed with a day in lieu the week after.
Trainee Sales Consultant - You:
- Own car and driving licence and willing to travel
- Be within a reasonable commute of High Wycombe (30 mins)
- Hungry for a long-term career in Sales
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with IT
- Able to use design software (with training)
- Have a can-do attitude, proactive approach and be flexible
- Quick learner of new products and technical specification
- Motivated and passionate about customer service
- Can commit to an intense 6-8-week Training Programme
