The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of post-qualification experience and demonstrate a profound understanding of Employment Law, including but not limited too:
  • Advising on employee and employer matters
  • TUPE,
  • Company restructures,
  • Range of employee relations,
  • IR35 advice
A proven track record of advising employers is essential, as is the ability to handle a high volume of work with precision and reliability. While existing contacts are advantageous, they are not mandatory for consideration.

You will need to demonstratethe following skills:
  • Exceptional Client Service skills
  • Proven Financial Performance
  • Sound Technical Ability in Employment matters
  • LeadManagement and supervision and mentoring
  • Have a flair for Business Development
