The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their academic goals and develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being.
Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school culture.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in primary education is preferred but not essential for passionate and dedicated candidates.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A commitment to creating a positive learning environment and inspiring a love of learning in students.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
