We are delighted to be working exclusively with a global company based in Banbury who are seeking a Business Development Manager to manage the North London region.
The Business Development Manager will be able to identify, win and develop revenue opportunities for the company and manage and develop sustainable, long term, profitable relationships with a portfolio of clients.
The ideal Business Development Manager will:
. Have a minimum of 5 years business to business sales experience or sales within an organisation and influencing at board level.
. Have the ability to ascertain and understand client needs and requirements.
. Demonstrate a high level of business acumen.
. Be able to influence and work with senior decision makers in major corporations with the confidence to present at board level.
. Show a professional attitude and appearance, able to represent the company at major customer events, trade shows and exhibitions.
. Possess essential competencies selling and negotiating, influencing and impact, achievement drive and customer focus.
. Be goal focused and experienced in working in a target orientated role
. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
. Be self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a remote team based from home.
. Full driving licence
If you are a natural communicator with a strong level of discipline, then this could be the role for you. You should be resilient and able to cope with knock backs in a sales environment and have the ability to convey excitement around the value you are able to bring to your clients.
