Manufacturing Quality Manager - Highbridge - Permanent

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a Manufacturing Quality Manager on behalf of their client in Highbridge.

Hours of work:

40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch.

Starting Salary:

£45,000 per annum

The Role:

Responsibility for the quality of the products and services which will include full control of customer feedback. Engaging with the leadership team to identify improvements to production processes to improve quality and service to the customer.

Duties:

  • Quality technical support
  • Liaise with Suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Developing quality plan to meet customer satisfaction and company standards
  • Use 6 - Sigma to co-ordinate production and manufacturing to improve quality
  • Steering quality operating systems initiatives across all manufacturing
  • Keeping records and documents of all quality actions
  • Co-ordinate internal and external audits
  • Lead 8D resolution of warranty and customer concerns
  • Manage and action customer feedback
  • Manage changes made within quality
