In this role the primary focus will be on providing outstanding service to customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in their ability to assist others.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone & email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Engage with customers directly listening and understanding the customers needs, dealing with the query directly or ensuring passed to the correct department to action accordingly
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • No qualifications required however experience in a customer service office based role (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
