Great opportunities for Electrical Electronic Component Engineering roles at Engineer Level have arisen within the Electrical Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. Reporting to the Team Leader - EEC, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design of Electrical Electronic Components for use in chassis, powertrain, RESS, electric drivelines, suspension systems, HMI’s etc. for our range of motorcycles across all models.

As an Electrical Electronic Component Engineer you will be responsible for defining component specifications within our model-based design tools to ensure delivery of fully compliant components for our ambitious New Technology Roadmap and New Model Introduction Program. You will work closely with other teams in the Company and suppliers to ensure all stakeholder needs and system / safety / component interface requirements are met. You will promote good engineering practices, continually improve our processes and, at senior level, develop our more junior engineers.

To succeed in this role, you will have an Electrical / Electronic Engineering Degree or equivalent and proven relevant experience. You will be familiar with Electrical / Electronic component design and be comfortable holding detailed reviews with suppliers. Ideally you have previous experience of working within a dynamic automotive, manufacturing or industrial environment.
