The Opportunity:
- Strategically drive significant sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations.
- Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy that maximizes performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a substantial sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
- Rigorously monitor and manage performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Champion an exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty and driving retention.
- Optimize finance and value-added product penetration to enhance profitability.
- Maintain impeccable stock presentation standards and effectively manage aged inventory.
- Leverage CRM and digital tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience within automotive sales.
- Proven success in a high-volume dealership or car supermarket setting.
- A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and employee development capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
- A deep understanding of the used car market and evolving customer buying behaviours.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead management systems.
