Are you ready to lead a team dedicated to supporting young people on their journey toward independent living? Do you have experience managing front-line staff in housing, social care, or homelessness services?

We are currently supporting a charitable organisation committed to expanding and strengthening their housing provision across the region. Working in collaboration with local partners and accessing diverse funding streams, their mission is to help end homelessness and reduce rough sleeping across multiple counties.

The Role:

  • Lead a team within one or more accommodation projects, helping deliver their mission to tackle homelessness and rough sleeping
  • Support and develop staff to effectively assist young people and adults as they work towards independent living
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of supported housing services, working closely with the management team
  • Line manage multiple Supported Housing and/or Complex Needs Workers
  • Ensure excellent customer service for residents and stakeholders, maintaining high standards of delivery and accountability
  • Contribute to the broader Housing Management team, sharing best practices and responding to the evolving needs of the service

Requirements:

  • Qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Housing, Social Care)
  • Understanding of statutory and non-statutory support for individuals with a history of homelessness or complex needs
  • Experience managing front-line workers in housing, homelessness, health, or social care settings
  • Strong knowledge and experience supporting young people facing multiple challenges
  • Flexibility to work across various sites in the region as needed
  • Enhanced DBS check required
