Skills Required: ·Excellent customer service skills ·Works well on own initiative ·Excellent time management skills ·Highly organised ·Fast learner and driven Responsibilities: ·Deal with both inbound & outbound queries. ·Manage customer renewals, and work towards 85% retention target. ·Respond to queries regarding new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals. ·Have a full understanding in the product portfolio. ·An understanding of the system for client data & risk retention. ·Canvassing of new, existing, and lapsed clients for opportunities. ·Work towards targets and KPI's.
