Job Title: Production SupervisorLocation: HoddesdonPay: 拢28k per year / PermanentHours: Monday - Friday 40 hour flexi time (choose your hours)Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor, your role will be preparing fresh batches of drinks, hands on, weighing, lifting and blending before filling the jars and packaging through a semi-automatic filling line.Job Description:
路 Producing numerous recipes to a weekly schedule in a hands-on drink kitchen路 Measuring accurately weighing wet and dry ingredients路 Lifting over 20kg路 Cleaning, numerous cleaning chemicals alongside PPE on shift across all equipment路 Filling and capping, supervising a 1000 bottle / per hour semi automatic production line路 Team working along side a tight team of 2 - 3 in the kitchen路 Packaging, labeling and case building路 Flexibility, helping when called upon in other departments路 Improving, by asking why and spotting areas of improvements路 Attention to detail, repeatably crossing the Ts and dotting the Is across all tasks路 Recipe sheets, infilling timely and accurately路 Food safety standards, enforcing high level of standards to EHO & SALSA accreditation路 CCP enforcing standards on every batch路 Enforcing high level of standards to EHO & SALSA accreditationSkills Required:路 Leading and management - shift running in the absence of the production manager路 Batch running, ensuring all process is adhered to every batch路 Minimum 1 year in a similar role路 Clean as you go mentally路 Organised, positive and hardworking路 Experience with soft drinks manufacturer路 Knowledge of EHO & SALSA food safety systems路 Self initiative
