H&L Healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager position in Lincolnshire on behalf of our client, a leading UK Healthcare provider renowned for their work with children. They offer residential care for young people with learning disabilities and behavioral issues. There is an opening for a healthcare professional to become part of their dedicated team in the residential home situated in Lincolnshire. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with day shifts and required sleep-ins. The successful candidate will need to accommodate a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria.

- Care Certificate

- NVQ Level 2, or willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or an equivalent qualification.

- Preference for experience with young people, although it is not essential.

- Essential experience within the Healthcare sector.

- A strong background in team leadership.

- A full, clean driving license is essential due to the home's location.

What are the key responsibilities of the role

路 Facilitate the smooth operation of the workday by aiding the youth in their everyday lives, providing a nurturing environment for each child to reach their full potential.

路 Assist with a wide range of daily activities, from horseback riding and swimming to local shopping centre visits or park outings.

路 All staff members must collaborate to provide the round-the-clock residential care necessary for the youth to have a secure and functional home and school setting.

路 Adhere strictly to all Ofsted procedures and policies to guarantee the safety of every young person, and report any issues to the designated superior.

路 Maintain a positive attitude when facing daily challenges.

路 Serve as a steadfast role model for the youth, motivating them to become the best versions of themselves.
