Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Day Shifts (Continental) | 46,000 + Package | Holborn, Central London.
Due to increased site demand, we are actively recruiting for a Day Shift Electrician / Day Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties to electrical and HVAC systems within the landlord areas of a large, corporate, commercial environment based in Holborn, London.
Package Summary:
- Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Salary: 46,000
- Hours: Day Shifts, 07:00am - 7:00pm. Continental Pattern, 4 on / 6 off / 6 on / 4 off.
- Package: 28 days paid annual leave, company pension, uniform, phone etc.

Requirements:
- Must be a fully qualified Electrician, to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Level 3, C&G 2360 Part 2 etc.
- Up to date electrical regulations - 18th edition.
- Must have experience working within commercial maintenance / commercial property services.
- Must have a decent understanding of HVAC and general commercial plant equipment.
