An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager at a prestigious four-star hotel, situated in a prime location in North Norfolk. This role is ideal for an experienced Duty Manager or a hotel supervisor with a proven track record looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will join our professional and friendly management team, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel, ensuring high service standards.
Provide hands-on assistance across all hotel departments as required by business needs.
Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
Address guest issues and queries promptly and professionally.
Uphold Health & Safety procedures throughout the hotel.
Conduct staff training and monitor performance to ensure team excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A friendly, professional demeanour with an outgoing nature and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in hospitality within a quality establishment.
Exceptional customer service delivery skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Effective interpersonal and staff management skills.
Capability to motivate and direct staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and stay overnight on the premises on a rotational basis.
