Accounts Payable Supervisor - £28,000 - £32,000 + benefits - Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid 3 days in the office)

FryerMiles is partnering with a market leading family run business located in Maidenhead Berkshire. They're looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor due to continued organisational growth. 

The duties of the AP Supervisor include:

• Manage a team of Accounts Payable administrators to deliver expected levels of performance, dealing with staff fairly, ensuring work is allocated evenly and sufficient cover for absences.
• Check invoices are being processed by the team correctly and to the correct GL codes.
• Make weekly payment runs for two companies within the business.
• Be responsible for processing Lease invoices, Council taxes and reconciling utility accounts.
• Communicate with vendors and reject incorrect invoices and get them reissued.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

The successful Accounts Payable Supervisor will:

• Solid understanding of accounts payable and financial controls
• Proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in using financial software, ERP systems and excel skills.
• Excellent communicator, willing to build strong working relationships within the business
