We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Honiton! Join and play a key role in providing efficient financial and administrative support to our operations.
As an Accounts Administrator you will:
- Ensure purchase invoices are approved before posting them as appropriate.
- Assisting with credit control duties, which will include contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and where necessary issuing correspondence.
- Reconcile between stock system and accounting system
Requirements:
- Familiarity with accounting principles; experience with Xero a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or finance roles preferred.
