We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Honiton. In this role, you will provide essential financial and administrative support to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all purchase invoices are approved before posting.
- Assist with credit control tasks, including contacting customers about outstanding payments and issuing necessary correspondence.
- Reconcile discrepancies between the stock system and the accounting system.
Requirements:
- Understanding of accounting principles; experience with Xero is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administrative or finance roles is preferred.
