Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer who is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team based in Devon to support office administration. This position is a full-time permanent role.
Some of your duties will include:
- Actioning incoming calls or emails
- Creating job sheets and sales orders
- Scanning/Filing & competition of documents
- Processing quotes and pro-forma invoices
- Recording engineer work in the diary
- Checking stock levels and ordering parts where necessary
As an individual, you will have:
- Experience within a customer-focused or administration role
- Confident and strong communicator
- Computer-based experience (including use of Microsoft Office).
In return, you will be offered a salary of £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience. With 25 days holiday + BH, volunteer/charity day, free tea and coffee, free parking, and luxury office surroundings.
