Location: Hook, Hampshire
Parking: On-site parking available and only a 5-minute walk from Hook train station
Position: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: 24-25k per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (office-based)

We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join a leading engineering company at their UK Head Office in Hook, Hampshire. This role provides crucial administrative support to the wider business, including front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and reception duties
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms
  • Oversee facilities management
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and up to date
  • Organise internal training sessions and events
  • Assist staff with travel and accommodation bookings

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
