Sous-chef / Kitchen Assistant: £13-15 per hour (Wage varies depending on experience and skillset)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality tapas dishes.
- Supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitoring food production and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to create new and innovative tapas recipes.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sous-chef or Kitchen Assistant in a tapas restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum required experience: 6 months
Spanish speakers are preferable for all positions to enhance our guests' experience and maintain the authenticity of our restaurant.
