Role:
As part of the role you will be required to efficiently, effectively repair and do maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. When at work you be working to a high standard whilst constantly adhering to company and health and safety policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Health and Safety and Company policy and procedure at all times.
- Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency.
- Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement.
- Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard.
- Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines.
- To actively and analytically fault find.
- Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts.
- To understand company performance measurements
- Any other duty that can be reasonably expected.
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years Industrial Maintenance Experience in similar role.
- Relatable qualifications (MOET/C&G/Btec)
- Electrical - Multiskilled with electrical bias
- Industrial Hydraulics Experience
- Understanding of PLC Control
- Understanding of chilled process/AC
- H&S Qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Plastics extrusion experience, desirable but not essential.
- Welding/Fabrication skills, desirable but not essential.
