We have a brand-new position available for a Machine Operator to join an already successful team based in Woodhall Spa. Our client is an expert in their field and can offer fantastic career progression, training opportunities and long-term secure employment. Working in the machining department you will be required to set up and run the CNC Machine ensuring that all parts are machined to the correct standard as per instructions provided by your manager.

The hours are for this role are Monday to Friday from 3:00pm until 10:45pm
How much will I be paid?
You will be paid £12.34ph (this may rise after April 1st 2024)

What will I be expected to do?
- Setting, operating a CNC Milling Machine
- Ability to self-inspect parts produced.
- Ability to read from technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.
- Deburring and finishing of components.
What skills do I need?
- Good knowledge of computers
- Experience in a manufacturing or CNC preferred.
- Proven ability to work using own initiative.
- Experience working with tight tolerances and deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
