Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 48hrs/week
Brigade Size: 10
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 p.a. (Negotiable)
Schedule: 45-50 hrs per week, 4 double shifts, 3 days off

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in high-end culinary environments such as Michelin starred restaurants or Private members club is mandatory.
Longevity in previous roles is essential.
Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable.
Flexibility with schedule and hours per week is required.
