YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client is a successful, award-winning UK-wide IFA network with head quarters based in Horsham,West Sussex. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 6 months and has just started the search for a Business Development Manager to join its rapidly-expanding Sales & Recruiment team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the group's Sales & Development Director, the Business Development Manager's key duties will include:

  • To work closely with and support the Senior Sales & Recruitment Executive and the Sales & Development Director to ensure an increase in membership levels of high quality firms and individual advisers.
  • To identify potential members using a variety of resources available and follow up with recruitment meetings to demonstrate the benefits of the company.
  • To maintain thorough due diligence on all applicants thus ensuring suitability, integrity and quality of advisers joining the network.
  • To work under own initiative or in collaboration with others to contribute to the growth and recruitment and retention objectives of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates interested in the Business Development Manager vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • Previous sales experience within a regulated company of at least 3 years
  • Proven experience of working to targets
  • Knowledge of FCA Principles
  • Excellent communication skills

REMUNERATION / PACKAGE

The package for the Business Development Manager role is as follows:

  • Salary of up to £45,000
