Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Benchmark Capital, you'll be the frontline contact for financial advisors and consumers. Your role includes:

Confidently handling KYC & Due Diligence processes, SLA reporting, Client MI Transactions, and Support & Issue Resolution.

Addressing queries in line with established processes.

Taking ownership of queries till resolution.

Mastering Financial Services market platforms.

Proactively seeking solutions and offering feedback.

Contributing in team meetings and ensuring customer satisfaction against SLAs.

Requirements:

Essential:

Advocate for Treating Customers Fairly principles.

Strong phone etiquette and handling challenging calls.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.

Organized with rapid rapport-building skills.

Preferred:

Experience in Financial Services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
