This is a really interesting Finance Manager role working directly for a well-known, growing and entrepreneurial business.

This position will offer exposure to FP&A, Commercial Support, Transactional Accounting and Reporting / Controls.

The Role

The successful Finance Manager will take ownership for the following.

  • Autonomously take owership for the UK finance function.
  • Prepare all accounts and present numbers to the senior leadership team.
  • Prepare all the divisional budgets and forecasts.
  • Set up a cash flow forecast.
  • Manage a small and capable finance team.
  • Take ownership for the month-end accounting.
  • Oversee all AR and AP.
  • Manage the year-end and audit process.
  • Take ownership for the accruals, prepayments and journals.
  • Manage the divisional payroll process.
  • Lead all analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Support the FC and CFO on ad hoc projects.
  • Continually look to improve finance systems and processes.
