We are looking to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for individuals with strong pastoral and behavioural support experience who are ready to make a lasting impact on young people's lives.

As an LSA you will:

  • Support students with behavioural and emotional needs outside of the classroom
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to help students regulate and re-engage with their learning

  • Provide consistency, care, and a calm presence in challenging moments

We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role (within education or similar sectors)
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive team spirit
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
