Are you passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential, both emotionally and academically? Do you have experience in behaviour support or pastoral care? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for individuals with strong pastoral and behavioural support experience who are ready to make a lasting impact on young people's lives.

As an LSA you will:
- Support students with behavioural and emotional needs outside of the classroom
- Build strong, trusting relationships to help students regulate and re-engage with their learning
- Work closely with teachers, colleagues and therapists to implement effective strategies
- Provide consistency, care, and a calm presence in challenging moments
We're Looking For:
- Experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role (within education or similar sectors)
- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management
- Strong communication skills and a proactive team spirit
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
