One of Horsham's most successful, award-winning boutique IFA firms has partnered with Vision-FS Recruitment to find a suitable IFA Administrator for its growing team. The 25-year old business specialises in giving expert retirement advice to it's vast number of clients. The role has arisen due to expansion.

Reporting to the Senior IFA Administrator, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:

  • Processing LOA’s
  • Pre meeting preparation prior to client meeting- obtaining full plan information including charge and fund performance information in order to provide Paraplanners with all research information in order to conduct their reports/ annual reviews
  • AML checks on all clients - obtaining evidence from clients and recording on back office system
  • Platform new business submission and all ongoing adviser/customer support for existing platform and non platform business - SIPPS, GIA’s & ISA’s, PPP’s, Life cover including all trades and fund switching where applicable
  • Processing of withdrawals - general investments, PCLS and UFPLS
  • Producing valuations and meeting packs for annual and half yearly client financial reviews
  • Checking all new business is compliant pre and post submission - Pensions, Investments and Life cover arrangements
  • Preparing and issuing post sale suitability letters
  • Managing pipeline new business
  • Checking and issuing annual review reports
  • Liaising with clients and providers - full IFA & client support for both new and existing business
  • Maintaining client database - Intelligent Office
  • Inputting and reconciling fees
  • Managing/arranging diaries and client meetings for advisers
  • Experienced in provider platforms - Standard Life Elevate, OMW, Novia, Amber, Aviva and ARC
  • Preparation for regular staff administration meetings

The successful candidate for the IFA Administrator vacancy will receive:

  • A salary of up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
