Bennett and Game are currently representing a well-established, family-owned property developer based in Reigate, who are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a 12-month project based in Horsham. The project consists of 2 blocks, 20 apartments and the groundworks are set to finish in the next few weeks. Our client specialise on quality developments, so this position would suit a seasoned Site Manager, who is looking to manage an exciting project for the next 12 months.
The successful candidate will be able to commute to Horsham on a daily basis and must hold relevant experience within the residential development sector. A forklift license would also be highly advantageous as you may be required to occasionally help out with the forklifts.
