Social Media Marketing Executive

Join a growing team on the outskirts of Horsham, in growing and managing their content across all channels. Working directly with the Social media and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll run the day-to-day social channels and campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has the foundations of social media and/or marketing skills looking to grow and develop in a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
- Freedom to work independently to produce schedules, ideas and content for all social channels as well as working closely with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
- Create and manage monthly content ans schedule including engagement through comments, likes, shares
- Creative involvement in marketing meetings and content shoots
- Involvement in the UK and soon to be expanding EU market
- Reporting and monitoring of trends, algorithms, competitor offerings
- Growing, developing and managing the Ambassador programme
- Managing brand partnerships
- Analytics and reporting on weekly stats for monthly reporting
- This is a collaborative team and will involve working with all internal and external stake holders
You'll have:
- Proven experience with social media or marketing
- Familiarity with social media and ASA rules and regulations
- Strong understanding of social platforms and knowledge of their management and analytic tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task, manage own workloads and strong organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Canva
